i’m only like 3 weeks into have PEM and i can’t handle it for much longer Anyone with exclusively Post-Exertional Malaise as a symptom? Significantly reducing my quality of life. Can't do much of anything (exercise, drinking, mental exertion) without feeling what I would describe as "generally unwell" for days after.
